Through Cattle Pass heading to Deception Pass- solo

Rougher than expected in Cattle Pass. Big waves the whole way on my nose. Current larger than predicted. I expected.6 but had 2 knots at 9 am. Slack was at 9:30. Opposing wind of just 11 it's really kicked it up in there.now that I'm out it's pretty mellow out here in the Strait.
